Computer Science 20

This course starts with a brief history and introduction into computer hardware and software. It then dives into the world of coding. Using Visual Basic.net or Visual Basic Express 2005, students learn the VB environment, variables, conditionals, looping, subroutines, functions and arrays. Students must be very motivated as there is a lot of material and many assignments. VB Express 2005 is free from Microsoft but students must have access to a Windows operating system in order to use this program. This programming language must be used on a PC.
